Shipping Policy

Delivery method:

All ready to wear piece are shipped same day if ordered by 2pm using the selected service. Preorder items will be shipped on the day listed on the product page.

Our custom jewellery is carefully and precisely handmade-to-order by our talented artisans. The wait time reflects how long it takes to make a unique mould for your piece, allowing the metals to set and for hand finishing of each product. This reduces waste and makes our products incredibly sustainable, so please allow 5 weeks for UK shipping and 6 weeks for International orders.

UK orders are sent fully tracked with Royal Mail 24 or 48 hour delivery

International orders are sent fully tracked with DPD. Delivery time varies but is estimated between 5 and 14 days. 

We will provide tracking so you can keep an eye on your order. Please note that some international shipments are subject to customs and other unexpected delays, which are out of our control
