CUSTOM ORDERS

How long will my custom order take?
Each custom piece is lovingly handcrafted by our skilled artisans. Please allow up to 5 weeks for creation before shipment.
Can this time be sped up?
Many of our orders are gifts, so during peak periods (like Christmas) we aren’t able to prioritise everyone. If your order is urgent, please email us at info@tygerbythetail.co.uk — in some cases we may be able to fast-track your order for an additional fee.
Can I amend my custom order?
Please email info@tygerbythetail.co.uk as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes once an order has been placed, but if you contact us early enough, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

PRE-ORDERS

Why is my item on preorder?
Because each piece is handmade, we sometimes open preorders to help manage demand while maintaining quality. The expected shipping date will always be clearly stated on the product page. We truly appreciate your patience as we scale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply reach out to info@tygerbythetail.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

SHIPPING

How long does shipment take?
Please allow 2 days for order processing. For UK orders: Sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days). For International orders: Sent tracked with Royal Mail. This typically takes 3–5 working days within Europe and 5–7 working days worldwide. Delivery times may vary, so please keep an eye on your tracking link.

WARRANTY & FAULTS

My product is faulty, what can I do?
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please email info@tygerbythetail.co.uk with details, and we’ll be happy to help. For gold vermeil items, replating is assessed case by case — contact us to discuss options.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Sterling 925 Silver
Sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time, but regular wear and polishing help keep it bright. It is generally fine to wear in water if it is cleaned and dried properly afterwards. To maintain its shine, avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products. Store in a dry, airtight pouch or box when not in use, and polish occasionally with a soft silver polishing cloth to remove tarnish. While our packaging is ideal for travel, we don’t recommend using it for long-term storage of your Tyger pieces, as it is not airtight.
18ct Gold Plating
Gold plated jewellery has a layer of 18ct gold over brass and requires gentle care to preserve the plating and increase longevity. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals, as these can cause the plating to fade faster. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising. Store in a dry, airtight pouch or jewellery box and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive materials or polishing cloths intended for solid metals. While our packaging is ideal for travel, we don’t recommend using it for long-term storage of your Tyger pieces, as it is not airtight
