Refund Policy

As a small business, we will not cover postage costs for any returns.

For custom items we do not accept returns or refunds as they are personally made for each customer. (Unless there is a mistake with the order, then please email hello@tygerbythetail.co.uk)

Please ensure you provide the correct ring size as this cannot be altered. We offer ring resizing at a cost to the customer.

For ready to wear pieces, we offer refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept late returns. 

Gold plating:

Gold plating by its nature is not guaranteed to last forever, particularly if not care for correctly. Please note that we will not replace the item if the colour has faded. Take care by removing the jewellery before coming into contact with water or excessive sweating. If the pieces are not worn for a while, they should be kept in an airtight container. Please do not use polish on the vermeil.

Silver items:

Please note that solid 925 silver, when in contact with oxygen or water can produce black flecks. This is not tarnishing, and can be removed with a clean cloth or silver polish.

Warranty:

We offer a 2 year warranty on products with manufacturing defects and other faults. Please reach out on info@tygerbythetail.co.uk and we can arrange a product replacement. Re-plating for gold vermeil pieces will be assessed on a case by case basis and is not guaranteed, so please take care of your gold pieces!
